Sticky Icky Base Coat
Gripping base coat formulated to assist the adhesion and protection of the nail bed. This base coat refrains from staining the nail and protects from the colored polish.
** Apply one coat to clean, bare nails. When dry to touch, follow with colored enamel application.
** Sticky Icky is a base coat. Apply any LaPierre lacquer on top of the sticky base coat once dry. Next, apply a LaPierre finishing top coat and allow to dry.
